The timetable windows have been completely re-designed for version 2009. We are now using a new coordinate system, such that changing your screen resolution will also resize your windows. All differences in the appearance when you opened the program on different computers, are thus eliminated.
Further enhancements regarding the timetable design
Layout 2009 lets you create individual grid patterns in your timetable. You can find the necessary settings under "Settings" on the tab "Layout 2".
Automatic centering of the timetable fields The content of the period window of the timetables can now be automatically centered. This is especially useful when you are printing double periods or blocks.
Clashes Untis can now seperate the period window automatically, if more than one lesson is scheduled in a certain slot of the time grid. Hold down the -key to move all these "clashes" simultaneously...
Export to MS Excel
All reports - not the timetables - can now be exported directly to MS Excel
Drag and Drop in overview timetables
Until now, scheduling via drag&drop has only been able in individual timetables (teachers or classes). With version 2009 it is now possible to make changes directly in overview timetables. Thus you now have the perfect overview, even when you are scheduling manually in the timetables...
Block schedule for classes
This report has been created for professional schools and training schools. It gives you an overview about the scheduled and unscheduled periods of each class in each week. Classes, which do not meet at all in a certain week, are greyed.
Diagnosis
The diagnosis for version 2009 has been revised and simplified. The information is more detailed and clearly arranged. All issues of the data analysis have also been integrated into the diagnosis window, such that the diagnosis in now the central command post when you are looking for data (input) inconsistencies.
Lesson view "Rooms"
You find the new view "Rooms" in the menu "Lessons". In this window all lessons are displayed, which have the active room as home room or subject room.
