Substitution data can be output in the form of a list or as timetables. It was previously only possible to output the absence header with lists. From 2012 you can set the absence header for all overview timetables via the <Page layout> button.
The absence header contains all elements affected by substitutions as well as daily comments.
Note:
It only makes sense to output the absence header when individual days are output in the overview plan. For this reason you must first check the option '1 Page/Element' under <Print Settings> before you are able to make changes to the absences header.
