2 options can be set in the Untis.ini file in order to facilitate the synchronisation of data with Untis. Both are entered in the [WebUntis] section.

importbookings_after_read=1
importbookings_before_ttexport=1
The first option, importbookings_after_read=1, activates the automatic import of bookings from WebUntis as soon as Untis is launched.
The second option, importbookings_before_ttexport=1, imports any bookings made in WebUntis in the meantime before performing an export of a timetable from Untis.
Both options are intended to help to transfer important bookings made in WebUntis to Untis to prevent them from being cancelled by mistake through a timetable export.
In this context there is a new option for the transfer of data from Untis to WebUntis: 'Only time/room changes'. You can use this option when you are sure that only timetable changes and no lesson changes (e.g. teacher assignments) have been made since the last export of data to WebUntis.
