The calendar - yearly planning window allows all lessons to be spread over the individual school weeks. In Untis 2012, the time grid used to distribute the lessons displays calendar absences in colour. Dark grey signifies that at least one element has been set to absent for the entire week, while light grey indicates that only parts of the week are affected.
