Scheduling in the timetable

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

In Untis 2012, unscheduled periods are arranged in the scheduling windows next to the time grid. You can use drag & drop to change the layout of the individual periods, and any changes made will be saved. If you wish to schedule a period in the timetable, simply drag it into the timetable using drag & drop. It is just as easy to 'discard' an already scheduled period next to the timetable using drag & drop.

A right mouse-click in the repository opens a context menu which allows you to rearrange the periods using the mouse.

Resize the window

The functionality of the <Resize the window> button in the timetable has changed as a result of changes to manual planning. On the first click the window resizes to the timetable and on the second click to the unscheduled periods.

Tip:

Holding the <SHIFT> key pressed when clicking on <Resize the window> will normalise the window to its current state. If unscheduled periods are currently displayed, the area containing them will become part of the standard display. If they are currently not displayed, the standard period display will become the standard.
