You can open ready-made timetables for classes, teachers, rooms and subjects under "Timetables" in the main menu.

Generally speaking, a timetable consists of three parts: the master data pane (top), the timetable window (middle) and the details window (bottom).

Master data pane

The master data pane shows some general information, e.g. the number of periods per week and the number of unscheduled periods. Use the "Name" field to select the timetable which you wish to view.

Timetable window

The timetable window shows the actual timetable. You can decide for yourself which information (class, room, subject, etc.) you wish to display and how (font, size etc.).

The details window displays details of the current (highlighted) period.
