The purpose of this brochure is to offer a fast, uncomplicated introduction to the most important functions in Untis. Please refer to the manuals for further information.

When you start with the first steps, please keep in mind that it takes some time to enter the required data (teachers, classes, rooms, lessons, etc.) , when you are using Untis for the first time. However, this basic data can be used in future when creating new timetables, and you only need to enter the yearly changes to your master data (e.g. active teachers or the class curricula).
