Navigation:  Modules > Module Calender > General > Calendar - Yearly Scheduling > Scheduling periods > Manual scheduling > Enter yearly periods in weekly timetable

You can also drag yearly periods directly into a timetable from the lessons window

 

 

 

 

Use the time range setting in the timetable window to set the week in which you wish to schedule the period in question.
