Untis MultiUser has a hierarchic user rights system which is structured as follows:
| • | User groups |
Every user group has explicitly defined rights. You can assign as many users to one user group as you wish.
| • | Users |
Every user is assigned to exactly one user group.
When you start Untis the first time with an empty database in the database mode, the user group "Administrator" - which is furnished with all user rights - is created automatically. Simultaneously a user "Administrator" is created who is part of this group. Both, user and user group can neither be deleted nor changed.
The automatically created user "Administrator" does not have a password initially. Please assign one to him.
