There are several possibilities to transfer data between the database and .gpn files. You can transfer the complete .gpn file into the database via the function " Store in database ". Changes that were made in the meantime are being overwritten.

Sometimes the timetabler wants to work "offline" while colleagues are still working with the database. In this case he wants to rewrite into the database only the specific set of data that he has changed. The function you need for this process is " Merge in database ".

Of course it is at all times possible to export data from the database into a .gpn file.
