Via "File | Export the data into a .gpn file" you can store the data of the version that you are currently working with into a .gpn file. Thus you can work on a computer which does not have a database connection (e.g. a notebook) and transfer the data back to the database. The instructions of this transfer are described on the following pages.
You can also transfer data to a .gpn file to make a backup. (see chapter " Data Security ").
You need the authorisation "Data import/export" to process the export. Read more about authorisations in chapter " User Management".
