If the timetable of a school is generated at the same time for all departments (optimisation of all departments) then Untis MultiUser offers the possibility that heads of departments can make entries to one set of data simultaneously. Thus the export and import of departmental data is not required.

 

Additionally you can view the current use of resources shared by departments at any time (e.g. the loading statistics of rooms).

 

Via the user rights system you can govern which user is allowed to work in which department. You can view this in the combo box in the toolbar (see also paragraph "Departments on the user level" in chapter " Create users").
