The availabilities of external elements are stored and displayed in the module cover planning too.

 

As you can see in the picture below, the shared resource teacher Snape was scheduled in the school Death Eaters for special duties on Tuesday, 16th October in period five. So he is not available for Hogwarts which is displayed accordingly.

 

Please note that Snape is available again for Hogwarts the whole Tuesday of the following week.

 

 

 

The time of period five in Death Eaters corresponds with the time of period seven in Hogwarts. Please note that at this specific time teacher Snape is also not available for Hogwarts for "regular" scheduling.
