If a user who possesses editing rights, works in the module cover planning then it is not possible for other users to change the timetable in the same term. The timetabler receives the following message:

 

 

 

On the other hand it is possible that one user works on the substitutions in the current timetable while another user works simultaneously on the timetable of a following term.

 

You can limit the cover plannning to the current term with the setting "Restrict cover planning to the current term" under "Settings | Miscellaneous" on the tab "Multiple Terms". So users in the Untis mode are no longer blocked by the cover planning in different terms.
