Navigation:  Modules > MultiUser > Message system > Managing messages

As soon as a user sends a message, all users who are currently logged in get a note that they have received a new message. All other users get this information at the next login.

 

 

 

A confirmation with <Yes> opens the dialogue "User messages" with all received messages.

 

 

Hint!

If you wish to read the message later on then click on <No>. You can call the dialogue "User messages" anytime via "Modules | MultiUser | User messages".

 

You can view the message with a double click on the subject of the message or via the button <Display message>.
