At times it is necessary to split one period from an already scheduled lesson comprising more than one period; e.g. to add an additional teacher. The version 2012 allows you to do this with a right-click on the respective period in timetable. The option 'Split this period from the lesson' creates an additional lesson with just one period. The changes can be applied in this lesson.

 

The total number of periods and the placement in the timetable remains untouched, of course.
