Hint: (Teacher), (Class(es))
The elements in parentheses, e.g. (Teacher) is the element that shall be replaced, i.e. the absent teacher, the absent class, the originally scheduled subject or the blocked room.
| 7. | All fields that shall be displayed have to be ticked in the column "Active" and all the fields that shall not be displayed have to have the tick removed. |
Caution: Substitution number
The field "Subst. No." cannot be hidden for programming reasons. To hide this column in the printout, switch to the tab "Print" and remove the tick in the column "Print".
Take again a look at the printout with the print preview
. Information that you consider to be essential is displayed now. You can change to the landscape format in the "Print selection" under <Page setup>.
