Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The substitution statement gives an overview - from the point of view of the teacher - of all substitutions in a selected period of time.

Example: Substitution statement

2.Enter absences for the teachers Gauss and New on any Monday, Gauss with the reason "Illness" and New with the reason "Special leave".

5.Confirm the print preview with <OK> and switch to teacher Gauss.

On Monday teacher Gauss has two cancellations but because of the reason of absence "Illness" these two periods are not counted negatively. So the sum for the month September is zero.

Teacher Newton has five cancellations with the reason of absence "Special leave". His counter reads -5.

Teacher Andersen had to hold two substitutions and he did not have any cancellations. Therefore his counter reads +2.

There is a broad variety of other possibilities to evaluate your data besides the substitution statement. These are desribed in detail in chapter Statistics.
