To make the display of the substitution data (printout or HTML) more clear, you can assign colours to the different types of substitutions (e.g. room replacement = yellow, cancellations = red). You can assign colours via "Modules | Cover Planning | Settings | Colours and Terminology". This method is widely used with the HTML format (see chapter HTML display).
