Bold, column width, headings

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

You can also adapt the printout via <Grid Adjustment>clip0183on the tab "Print".

Column "Print"

Here you can select whether a field shall be printed or not. So it is possible that the display on the screen differs from the printout.

Column "Bold"

The contents of this column are printed in boldface.

Columns "Width" and "Word-wrapping"

Normally a column is just wide enough to show the content. To avoid a column becoming too wide or too narrow, you can define the width of the column. One unit is about equivalent to one character.

If the column width is defined, it may happen that a longer text (e.g. substitution text) does not fit into the column. To avoid losing information, you can activate the automatic word wrap (Word-wrapping) to secure that the rest of the information is displayed in the next line(s).

Columns "Heading-1" and "Heading-2"

The header of the columns consists of two lines. The first line is "Heading-1". If you enter a text here, it will be displayed above the default header (see picture).

If you enter a text in "Heading-2", the default header will be replaced. For example, you could change "(Teacher)" to "Intended Teacher".
