With the module Cover Planning you have the possibility to publish substitution lists in the HTML format. Follow the procedure below.
Example: Display for the Internet
| 1. | Open the file demo5.gpn, activate window group 3 and set the calendar to the first Saturday in the school year. |
| 2. | Open the print selection of the window "Print-Tea" via the button <Print> or the button <Print Preview> . |
| 3. | You can save the data in the HTML format in any folder via the button <HTML>. |
| 4. | Open the file Print_Tea.htm with a web browser. |
| 5. | You can navigate to the individual elements via the index. The substitution data is sorted after the same criteria that were used to sort the substitution window (<Grid Adjustment> | Column "Sort" | Entry "1"). |
Hint: Layout of the substitution list
The layout of the .htm files can be adapted analogous to the printout. We recommend to create a separate substitution view for the HTML display.
