In many schools the timetable scheduling and the cover planning is managed by two different people, each one working with his own .gpn file. This makes an alignment of the two files necessary. This alignment is supported by Untis with the function "Import cover planning data".
This function imports cover planning data from another .gpn file and it can be called up via "File | Import/Export | Import cover planning data".
Enter the name and the path of the file that you want to use for your import in the import dialogue.
From this file all substitution data of the whole school year is imported. All absences, events, substitutions, shifts, special duties etc.
