In the calendar you can select in the choice box at the top on the left side the day on which you want to edit absences and substitutions. To change only the day within the week, you can use the lower section of the calendar window, the details window.
As in Untis, the windows are synchronised with each other: When you select a date and e.g. the window "Absences" is open, then the date in the latter window switches automatically to the selceted date as well. In the following sections we discuss this in detail.
Hint: Open files with the current date
To start a file with the current date, open "Settings | Miscellaneous" , activate the tab "Auto-save" and tick "Start with the current date".
