You can easily schedule class teacher lessons at the beginning of the year via the window "Special Duties". To do so the class teachers must be entered in "Master Data | Classes"
Example: Class teacher lessons
The class teacher shall teach his class for the first three periods on the first day of school.
| 1. | Open the file demo5.gpn and select in the special duties window all classes. |
| 2. | Select the first day of school, enter periods 1-3 and confirm these entries with <Return>. |
| 3. | By clicking on "Class teacher - Lesson" the class teacher (from "Master Data | Classes") and the homeroom of the respective class are entered. |
| 4. | While creating the special duties you are informed that Newton is absent. Instead of Newton we enter the ?-teacher and we create the special duties. |
The teachers of the regular lessons in periods 1-3 are released. Now we have to find a suitable teacher for the ?-teacher.
