This report (Reports | Selection... | Substitute Scheduling | Weekly Activities) shows all substitutions including the actual/target values for every teacher broken down by calendar week. Now the individual columns in detail:
| • | Carryover: Either the entry of the consolidated balance of the previous week or, at the beginning of a new school year, the consolidated balance of the previous school year. You can enter the carryover at "Master Data | Teachers" on tab "Value Correction". |
| • | Actual-Target: The actual-target value of the teacher calculated from the lesson planning. |
| • | Days (target): The individual work days per week. |
| • | Days (actual): The actual work days in the respective week. |
| • | Actual-Target proportional: The proportional actual-target value per week. In our example Ander is in week 38 one out of five days absent. The actual-target value is reduced by 1/5, from 2.00 to 1.60. |
| • | Substitutions: The number of substitutions in this week. |
| • | Cancellations: The number of cancellations in this week. |
| • | Special Duties: The number of special duties in this week. |
| • | Balance: The balance is the sum of the actual-target proportional value, the substitutions and the special duties minus the cancellations. |
| • | Consolidated balance: The consolidated balance is the sum of the columns balance and carryover. |
| • | Remarks: Here you can enter any text after a transfer to Excel. |
