You can cancel specific lessons - without the entry of an absence - by clicking on the button <Cancelled>. Another click on this button annuls the cancellation.

 

 

Hint: Planning in the timetable

Shifts, cancellations and swaps of lessons can be done with drag&drop directly in the timetable as well (see chapter Planning in the timetable ).
