You want to know how many percent of the lessons of a subject were held in the class 2a in September.
| 1. | Open the file demo5.gpn and the substitution statistics. |
| 2. | Enter the settings according to the image below and click on <Print Preview> . |
| 3. | The subject DE was held 12 out of 13 times in the class 2a which is a percentage of 92.3. In total 96.6% of all planned lessons were held in September. |
If you have entered in the column "Subject" the subject that was originally scheduled (column "(Subject)") then this lesson is regarded as held and it is counted as such. If you wish that the subject of the substitution is entered automatically then activate "Insert the substitution subject automatically" (Modules | Cover Planning | Settings... | Other). The substitution is displayed separately as "Subject subs.". The following rule applies:
| • | If the substitute teacher has the teaching qualification for the originally scheduled subject then this will be entered automatically. We are dealing with a subject substitution and the period is regarded as held. |
| • | If the teacher does not have the teaching qualification but he is teaching in this specific class another subject then the latter will be entered automatically. This period is counted additionally (This makes it possible that the percentage of held periods of a subject exceeds 100%). |
| • | If the teacher does not have the teaching qualification and he does not teach the class then no subject will be entered and the period is not considered as held in the statistics. |
