The shifting of lessons is easily done with drag&drop.
Example: Shifting of a lesson
Teacher Nobel's lesson Religious Education in the class 1a shall be shifted from Tu-5 to Fr-5.
| 1. | Open the scheduling dialogue and select class 1a. |
| 2. | Click on Tu-5 and drag the lesson with pressed mouse button away. |
As soon as you start dragging away the lesson, the timetable shows the occupancy of all elements involved (Nobel and class 1a). At one glance you can see which shift is possible without collisions.
| 3. | Drag the lesson to Th-5 and drop it there. |
Hint: Shifting from the teacher's point of view
Of course the shifting of lessons is also possible from the teacher's point of view.
