Classes, teachers and rooms can take part in an event. During the event they are not available (absent) for regular lessons. Examples are:
| • | multi-period examinations for which teachers and rooms are determined later on; |
| • | excursions or activity weeks attended by both, classes (who create releases) and teachers (whose lessons must be substituted). |
| • | school events, class teacher periods, etc.; |
Either only individual teachers and classes or the whole school may be involved in an event.
