In most cases substitutions are dealt with in the substitution window (substitution view). Any change of the daily timetable like an entry of an absences, an event or changes in the scheduling dialogue, creates an individual substitution line in the substitution window. In the substitution line you can edit the substitution. An open substitution can be changed to a cancellation, you can assign substitute teachers or supervisors or you can change the room. These possibilities are described below.
