Alternatively to the substitution lists, you can display the substitutions in the timetable as well. Here the overview timetables are a practical tool. You can limit the display to one day and if you wish so, only to the substitution lessons as well.

 

The picture shows the daily timetable. The substitutions are marked in red. Information that does not fit into the timetable (cancellations etc.) is displayed in the legend.
