You can display a list with all substitutions and the counter via "Reports | Selection | Substitute Scheduling | Substitution Statement". The time range can be selected in the print selection. The default setting is the current month according to the calendar.

 

The report is sorted by teachers. You can print either a list of all teachers or you select certain teachers via the button <Selection...>. Our example shows Cervantes' substitution statement for the month of September. The individual substitutions plus their counting are listed. At the bottom of the list the total of the substitution counter is displayed.

 

Additionally the type of the substitution or the substitution text is shown in the column "Text".
