You want to enter lessons that shall be considered by Untis; however, you want to schedule them later on as special duties, so do the following:
Example: LPL's from a lesson that is not limited
| 1. | In the Untis mode, define a lesson with 0 periods. |
| 2. | Switch to the substitution mode and open the lesson pool window and the lesson window. |
| 3. | You can create LPL's with drag&drop from the lesson window (column "Cl,Te.") to the lesson pool window. |
You can see that the base of these LPL's is a lesson in the column "Type".

Example: LPL's from a limited lesson
You can also create LPL's from a lesson that is timely limited.
| 1. | Open the file demo5.gpn and create in the Untis mode a lesson with two periods (e.g. SP-Summer-Play with Callas and the classes 1a and 1b). |
| 2. | The lesson shall take place every week in May in a double period. Limit the lesson from 3rd May to 30th May. |
| 3. | Ignore the lesson. Thus it is not available for the timetabling, however, it is considered in the values calculation. |
| 4. | Switch to the substitution mode and open the lesson pool window and one lesson window (e.g. "Lesson | Teacher"). Drag the lesson from the lesson window to the lesson pool window and drop it there. |
The result is eight periods of LPL's because the lesson with two periods per week was limited to four weeks.

Caution: Changing of the periods
Neither the number of periods of LPL's nor the number of periods of the lesson can be changed later on as this would lead to inconsistencies with the value calculation.
According to the entered time range, the LPL's can be scheduled only from 3rd May to 30th May.
