Show subheadings

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The substitution list is printed out as a table. To make it easier to read you can show subheadings. In our example, every substitute teacher shall get an individual subheading. To do so, activate under <Settings>clip0168"Heading/element".

Hint: Heading

The heading that is displayed depends upon the sorting of the list, i.e. in which field you have entered 1 in the column "Sort" under <Grid Adjustment>clip0171. If you have entered 1 at "Substitute" then the substitute teacher appears in the heading; if you have entered 1 at "Class(es)" then the classes appear.

To save paper you can display the list with small headings (tick the box "Small headers").
