Timetable display can be restricted to specified periods of time:

 

 

 

These settings are used to prevent teachers or students from accessing timetables for periods of time that are not yet completely scheduled.

 

You can also specify on the same page whether the details windows that opens at the click of a mouse, should be displayed or not:
